It started with a few dedicated brewers with a special talent for developing great beers. As the first brewery to launch as part of the “farm to tap” revolution in New York State, they source many of their ingredients from local suppliers. They knew their strengths, and when Good Nature approached us, they were opening a small tap room to introduce their products to interested locals. That’s when they decided to tap our strength: integrated marketing. In the same way they trust their own instincts in the brewhouse, they understood the importance of our integrated approach, and trusted our instincts and experience in the marketing arena.
We developed branding, including a logo that captured their independent spirit, a color palette and patterns from nature, and a whimsical style that unified their packaging, web, social media, and more. We then created packaging for their products, and a website to reflect their back-to-nature sensibility. We helped them translate their new branding to their physical location, their digital presences, and new promotions, both traditional and online. The new work kickstarted their growth, and they were soon expanding brewing operations to include more farm acreage and a larger brewhouse. With more popularity, they also added food and music, and even developed a live music schedule at an outdoor venue. Their popularity soared.
This independent, now award-winning craft brewer is still experiencing strong growth in both wholesale and retail sales, and are receiving widespread recognition and regional distribution. We’re looking forward to continuing our rewarding—and delicious—collaboration.
