We always want to share what we’ve learned, and our trip to this year’s South-by-Southwest (SXSW) social media conference gave us many opportunities. In fact, the biggest theme from the event was about sharing something important with your clients, friends, potential customers, and, well, anyone who’s willing to listen (and learn, and share themselves). Sound warm and fuzzy? OK, maybe a little, but it’s also one of the most powerful things you’ll learn this year, and we want to share it with you.
